You will be prompted to link your bank account during onboarding. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your bank account. You’ll be linking your account through Plaid, a third party host that many financial apps such as Venmo, Robinhood, and Acorns use to link members to their platform.
1) Search for your bank. Tips: Don't use abbreviations and use the entire name of your bank.
2) Enter your online banking credentials.
3) If you cannot find your bank, we encourage you to link a PayPal account or open an account with a new bank. Please see the “My bank isn’t on the list of banks” FAQ for more information.
4) Start making your deposits! You can make in-person deposits to your bank account or you can transfer funds from your checking to your savings, or vice versa. It's that simple!
